If the mind is on point, the body will follow. I specialize in Weight loss, strength and agility training, muscle building, functional and corrective training as well as I’m a certified nutritionist. I’ve done a 100 Pound weight loss transformation on myself. Since then I have competed in 10 bodybuilding shows. I also have a background in boxing and have competed in boxing matches.
