Zoe Wolfenbarger- Empowering women to be their best selves
Hi there! I’m Zoe, and my journey into health and fitness started when I was just 12 years old, diving into the world of competitive volleyball. My passion for the sport took me to Bethel University in Indiana, where I not only played college volleyball but also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Over the years, my career has been a fulfilling adventure, combining my love for fitness with my dedication to helping others.
For the past 5 years, I’ve been a personal trainer, working with clients of all ages—ranging from 10-90 years old. My experience includes a rewarding stint as a youth volleyball coach and a year as an exercise physiologist with a home care company. One of the highlights of my career has been focusing on women at every stage of life. As a mom to a 3-year-old daughter, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing fitness with raising little ones. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting women through prenatal and postnatal fitness journeys.
I hold a certification in nutrition through Precision Nutrition, which complements my approach to training. I specialize in strength training and functional fitness, crafting personalized programs tailored to each individual’s needs. My approach includes weekly check-ins, monthly body fat scans, and ongoing nutrition guidance to ensure you’re supported every step of the way.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve overall fitness, or just need some guidance along your health journey, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to make fitness a seamless and enjoyable part of your life!
