Talia Vaughan – NASM Trainer in Las Vegas
Hi! My name is Talia Marie Vaughan, I am 26 years old, and I was born and raised here in Vegas. I am a first degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and former World and National Champion. I am also a nationally qualified powerlifter with a total of 737lbs. I starting competing when I was 10 years old. I Thoroughly enjoyed the process of preparation on the mats and in the gym; therefore, I slowly started to apply my way of training to other fighters as well as lifestyle, triathlon, and bodybuilding clients. I believe in the utilization of progressive overload with full range of motion movements to induce hypertrophy and strength adaptations.
Drew is a Las Vegas-based personal trainer specializing in strength, conditioning and nutrition. He brings a holistic and simple approach to training and diet with every client. Drew is recognized for his blending of Eastern martial arts disciplines with HIIT, weight training, and boxing.
