My name is Aaron McDaniel, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach here at Self Made Training Facility! I firmly believe in high intensity movements such heavy weight training or HIIT. As a current athlete, I know the mental and physical demands of sports and I understand what it takes to maintain and build athleticism.
On the other side of the coin, I also believe in functionality and translating exercises to real world functions like carrying movements, body weight exercises and preventive exercises. These methods aid in correcting postural flaws, relieving spinal/joint pains, improving mood, mental health and much more!
